Step 1:  Revisiting the "Big Question"

You were asked earlier in your investigation to identify the "Big Question" as it relates to your team's role, but you developed the question before you had a chance to really do much investigation.   Pull out your identified "Big Question." Does it still reflect your thoughts, or does it need to be modified? Enter the single most important issue that the government should address in a cloning bill.

Step 2: Supporting Questions

What do you believe are the two key support issues that will help the summit members understand your position?

Step 3: To ban or not to ban
From your role's point of view, answer the following three questions:

Should the government ban whole-body cloning?

Yes
No

Should the government ban the cloning of animals?

No

Should the government ban the cloning of human organs?
